About the event

Have you ever left a project workshop wondering what it was about and what was achieved?

Many of the problems with workshops start with their design.

Refresh your skills or take your first steps towards designing effective project workshops with the 4 Ws of Workshop Design mini-masterclass.

Attendees will:

✓ Unpack why workshop design is important.

✓ Identify what we get wrong.

✓ Learn the four Ws of facilitation that can fix this.

✓ Leave with facilitation tips and tricks to try immediately.

💡 Emerging facilitators will leave with a framework to try.

💡 Experienced facilitators will leave with fresh insights, ideas and tips.

Our Presenter -- Jacinta Cubis:

Jacinta Cubis is a (fl)awesome facilitator who guides groups to connect, generate ideas and make decisions that stick.

Specialising in visual thinking, her cartoons help to simplify complexity. With 25+ years of experience, Jacinta is a go-to facilitator for clients in diverse sectors.

When not facilitating, Jacinta shows others how to do it, as a trainer, mentor and coach. Her qualifications span community engagement, partnership brokering, corporate social responsibility, international relations and communications.
