Dual-track Agile is a product development methodology that advocates a cross-functional team dividing its daily activities into two parallel tracks — discovery and delivery.  These tracks are designed to work collaboratively to ensure that the right product backlog items are developed and delivered effectively.

The discovery track focuses on exploring new ideas, identifying customer needs, and validating assumptions through rapid experimentation. The delivery track, on the other hand, is responsible for developing and shipping those validated features with the customer outcomes. This approach ensures a continuous flow of value creation and risk reduction.
