Phoebe Tee is an Agile (CPAPM-SAFe and Certified Scrum Master), PMP and PRINCE2 certified Project Manager with a strong technical and business acumen background. Her tertiary education covers an MBA majoring in Strategy and a bachelor's degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering. With more than ten (10) years of end-to-end project management experience in Agile and waterfall methodology (hybrid included) in energy, financial industry, Government, cutting edge technology in R&D, infrastructure, telecommunication, ICT/IT and software industries, she has consistently delivered projects successfully within the targeted scopes, budget and schedule, even with multiple simultaneous projects.
