In this highly interactive workshop, we will explore the fundamentals of Lean and Kanban. We'll delve into the history and principles of Lean, its focus on waste reduction and continuous improvement. Then, we'll transition to Kanban, learning how it visualizes work, controls flow, and promotes efficiency. 

You'll have the chance to apply what you have learned in the fun, interactive and engaging practical exercise. We'll also discuss the relationship between Lean, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
